Ellicar's owner, Sarah, was managing three distinct business offerings under two separate brand names and websites: Ensata Natural Pools and Ellicar Gardens. This fragmented structure caused confusion for customers and presented challenges in communicating their full range of services.
The primary goals of the rebrand were:
Ellicar comes from the name of their house and land. Positives are it reminds you of 'elegance', it's both distinctive & memorable, and the domains & social handles were all available. Ellicar was chosen as the single, overarching brand name to encompass all three service offerings.
A new brand identity was developed to reflect Ellicar's commitment to natural beauty, sustainable design, and creating functional outdoor living spaces. This included a new logo, colour palette, typography, and visual style.
A new website was developed under the unified Ellicar brand. The website showcased the complete range of services, improved user experience, and facilitated lead generation.
Supporting marketing materials were created, including brochures, flyers, and social media content, reflecting the new brand identity.
